Thank you so much for the clarification of the negative review. My staff are really happy to know this and  they feel very appreciated .Our aim was to make her happy and care for her as much as possible although she always refused to come downstairs for interaction. We are a dementia home and everyone was aware of this including the social worker and it was an urgent  placement only for a few weeks which we kindly accommodated.Thank you
