It is wonderful to hear that staff care and do their best and I understand that it may seem that staffing numbers are low, particularly when the buzzers are going or there are incidents. Please be assured that our staffing numbers run in line with our residents needs. I use a tool where each individual residents needs are recorded and it formulates how many staff are required for each shift and we run in line with that. In addition, we have two senior staff on ever shift, the deputy manager, a business support manager and myself and we are all able to offer assistance and support to care staff as and when required and we do this.
