We have many activities that our residents enjoy.  on your visits positive feedback was always given. Unfortunately, as your friend's needs changed it was agreed BCH was no longer the most suitable place. We were asked by you to pack your friends' belongings. BCH is designed for service users to mobilise freely if they wish and all care has been taken to reduce the risk of harm should they wish to mobilise freely. Bank Close House has a designated smoking area outside away from the home this is used by staff and residents. We have not had any concerns or evidenced any staff smelling of alcohol.
