Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review for our home, we are so pleased that Mum has settled well and she is being treated with respect. I am also pleased to hear you feel management and staff are communicating well with you and keeping you updated. I have spoken to the management and they have put in steps to address the issues you mentioned to ensure Mum's hearing aids are in place daily the menu board is updated daily and Laundry service is improved. I do hope you see an improvement in this area.
