It was lovely to chat with you this morning and to hear how much you love living at Coldwells House and how kind you find all of the staff.We discussed the review comments as I was keen to understand your comments. You explained that you thought the number of cars on the car park at night indicated the number of staff. I explained that some staff walk and others use a bike but we always have the right number of staff.We also discussed call bell response times and I was pleased to show you that all your calls were answered with 2 minutes and that we log and monitor call bell response times.It's always a pleasure to chat with you and thank you for completing a review card.
