The resident concerned is currently a ward of court, she was placed with Conner's Place for her safety and we at Conner's Place are legally bound by the strictures and conditions of that Court Order. That said and not withstanding the evident frustration felt by the family over the enforced separation, our Manager and staff are constrained legally in the scope of communication with the family. Our aim is to support both families and residents with compassion, dignity, and clear communication, a difficult task considering the court ruling. We're pleased your daughter is currently thriving and happy in our care, Social Services are in agreement with our person centred care plan and we are monitored closely by the relevant authorities. We would welcome the opportunity to address the family's concerns within the legal framework allowed. It is in everyone's best interest that relationships are improved between ourselves and the family, especially as they affect their daughter. Thanks
