Thankyou for taking the time to leave a review.  I am so pleased that both yourself and your dad are happy with Croft Avenue.  I completely understand your frustration regarding the lift.  The lift has a full service and repair contract but the contractors are currently waiting for a replacement part.  Please be assured that we have a stair lift available for use at any time.
