I have reviewed the background to this and the claims made as we believe they are not truly representative of The Sycamores. The home management team worked closely and provided all information to both CQC and Social Care Direct in respect of the reports you made with both cases being closed and no further action being taken primarily given we had followed all procedures in respect of your Mums care as prescribed by health professionals. The Sycamores consistently provides a high level of care as evidenced by the reviews on this page over the last 2 years We are sorry that you have chosen a different care setting for your Mum after nearly 3.5 yrs with us, however we are delighted that she has settled in well at her new home. We are also sorry that you believe that the service provided failed to live up to your expectations.
