"Exceptional and quite unique" is a wonderful description as I would say it perfectly captures the approach of a lot of the staff who love what they do here. We have loved the last 9 months of looking after your mum. She is a bundle of positivity and I believe that's played a huge part in her progress. She amazed me when I saw her back on her feet for the first time with us. Her wink to me when i shared my disbelief  summed her up perfectly.
