Thank-you very much for your feedback which is vitally important us as we strive to maintain the very highest standards throughout. We apologies that there was a maintenance issue when you visited and the door bell system had stopped working. This was reported once brought to our attention and repaired straight away but unfortunately did cause some inconvenience for a short period of time whilst staff members were doing medication rounds and personal care. Following investigation we have met with all staff and taken appropriate measures where required. Thank-you for your positive comments about our team members and recognising the hard work they do.
