Thank you for your feedback regarding your observation of your Dad's mealtime experience and we apologise for any distress this may have caused. We have asked the onsite management team to meet with you to go through your Dad's care and support needs to ensure that we are supporting him in line with his personal preferences. We always ask that no visitor leaves our care home feeling anxious or concerned about the care and support provided to their loved one and actively encourage them to speak with the management team as we can usually provide immediate reassurance and take quick action. If the visit is out of hours they can ask for the on call manager to contact them directly. We are delighted to report that recruitment at Washington Manor is going well, significantly reducing our agency use and ensuring we are providing continuity of care to everyone we support.
