Thank you for your feedback, its lovely to hear that you feel confident with our home for mum, and she is a pleasure to look after. We love getting families involved and we always welcome feedback. In regards to wanting more privacy, you can just ask staff to assist you to take mum into a more private location, a quiet lounge or bedroom and we would  be more than happy to assist with this.
