Hello and thank you for taking the time to send in your postal review.  We are pleased to hear that you felt that Madeira Lodge is pleasant, clean, homely and a nicely furnished home.  We're also pleased to hear that you felt our care team were friendly.  We are however sorry to hear that you felt there was little interaction with our residents, and whilst we have have very regular planned interactive wellness and activity sessions which our residents are welcome to join in with, not all residents like to take part every time these take place.  We would welcome you back for another visit and would hope that next visit will be more appealing for you.  We will of course pass on your kind an supportive feedback, as well as your mention of interaction levels to our Management Team at the home.
