We are really pleased to read that you think our staff are lovely and to recognise their hard work is greatly appreciated. We are however saddened to hear your experience at our home hasnt been the positive one wed like it to be, and would like to reassure you we take all complaints seriously. The health, hygiene & wellbeing of our residents is of paramount importance to us & we take pride in all aspects of the care we provide. We would like to assure you we have a comprehensive daily cleaning program in place undertaken by our full team of domestics. We understand how important meaningful engagement is for our residents and have recently employed a new activity coordinator who has designed a varied schedule around their preferences. We have an open-door policy & encourage relative to contact us with any concerns so we can assist in resolving them immediately. We aim to use all feedback in a positive manner to continuously improve our service and care for residents & their families.
