Thank you for your review. We were equally disappointed that your father had to move on from the home. As we discussed at the time, we were advised by the hospital team, that your father would be far safer and better suited to live in different setting due to his needs. We therefore have a duty of care, to follow this guidance for compliance and regulation purposes.
