thank you for your review , Sorry you don't feel that we are not 5* for value for money , clearly  we look at our fees in line with the staffing that is required ,i will link in with the house keepers  and the staff around the cleanliness  safety and security.we are still using a fob system which ensures only people who are authorised have access to the home, if you would like to discuss this further with myself please do call me as I have a open door policy
