We also appreciate your honesty in raising the concerns you initially had, and we're glad to know that over the past few weeks, things have improved with her medication and routine. This progress is a reflection of our team’s commitment to getting to know each resident as an individual.
That said, we recognise your concerns regarding staff movement between houses, staffing levels, and wait times for assistance, as well as your feedback on the temperature of meals and the condition of your mum’s room. Please accept our apologies that this has been your experience.
