Your feedback about our quality food and enthusiasm of our staff is incredibly encouraging, this will be shared with the whole team.  We are also grateful for your constructive comments, taking note about the contract regarding 14 day/13 night structure,  we will review this as it can be misinterpreted.  Similarly, we are looking into how we can further streamline our laundry service,  with an almost full occupancy laundry can take up to 3 days to turnaround.
