We apologise that during your visit on Saturday 19 April, the day of our Easter Fair, management was completing one-to-one training with a colleague and discussing confidential matters therefore were unable to leave the office door open. We are sorry this made you feel we were unapproachable but trust you will appreciate that colleague privacy when completing coaching and development and discussing confidential matters is important.
