I was delighted to read your feedback which reflects that our residents are supported in their individual requests whether for themselves or for their loved ones. I can only imagine the joy it gave your mother that she arranged a special surprise for you on your birthday , something she will have done all your life,  and what a mix of emotions it must have been for you on the day.
