It is incredibly disappointing to reads this review and I are sorry that your experience of the home was less than positive. I understand that your concerns have been escalated and are currently being investigated. I am aware that since joining the home, the home manager has arranged and completed meetings with all residents and/ or family members as appropriate to develop open and transparent communication. The home manager will be continuing to actively seek feedback, developing the home with residents and their loved ones at the heart of this. We certainly do not condone any individual in the home being spoken to in a less than respectful manner and can assure you that should this be found to be the case, appropriate measures will be taken.
