As you are aware, we know of your dissatisfaction having spoken to you about it and have applied all due measures to try to resolve this for you.I have also spoken with all staff members present on her admission day, and they confirmed that she was not wearing glasses when they saw her. Additionally, the first photograph taken of her for our records shows that she was not wearing glasses. Although we understand your concern and recall seeing her wearing her glasses during a visit to your home, our subsequent, more thorough searches of the premises have not yielded any results. While we acknowledge your belief that she would not be without her glasses, we were unable to locate them despite diligent efforts. We understand this situation may be frustrating, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused on behalf of the company.
