Thank you very much for the lovely feedback, we are so glad to have your mother with us at Heathfield and that she enjoys living here. We aim to make sure that each and everyone is made to feel welcome in our homely environment. As a not-for-profit organisation our activities and trips out  are paid for through fundraising and donations by staff and through the generosity of others and we pride ourselves on offering a homely environment for our wonderful Residents, their friends and their families.
