However, I respectfully disagree with your assessment of Muscliff Nursing Home. While it's unfortunate that your mum had a negative experience, it's important to consider that we faced challenges in managing her behavioural needs while supporting her wish to be independent. At Muscliff we take all concerns seriously and are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to every individual we support. We work with multiple agencies to ensure our service are to a high standard and this is audited internally and externally.
