Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding Mountfitchet House. We are so glad to hear that you are happy with the care provided to your mother in our home and that she is happy with us.  In regard to the coffee, we would like to apologise that you were dissatisfied with the quality of the coffee provided.  From the coffee machine we use Arriva coffee beans, these are made from 100% Arabica beans which are known for their smoother and more flavourful taste. We do also have Nescafe Gold instant coffee available by the flavoured teas.  We always try to ensure we can cater to all in the home, and we appreciate your input greatly.
