HelloFirstly I am shocked to read your Mother in law's concern and have asked our Manager, Vlad to investigate immediately.  We clearly want every resident to feel safe day and night.  Thank you for telling us of her concern.  It may well have been our night staff doing their checks on each resident which they make all endeavours to be unobtrusive but we will definitely investigate in any event.
