As this is a historic case related to the previous management in the home we can only offer our sincerest apologies that your Aunt didn't receive the standard of care that is expected. We have made vast improvements to the service since then and have now got in place a very stable, hugely experienced and proactive management team who have had great success in raising and maintaining high standards throughout. Staff training and monitoring, internal and external, has helped us significantly as has feedback from clients like yourself which has been invaluable to us as we have now created a real home from home atmosphere and a caring and loving environment where the residents can thrive.
