Thank you for your honest feedback, we value it and use it to grow and improve. It certainly maybe great minds think alike as we have taken onboard similar comments and thoughts, so to update you on a few things;We are currently waiting for new screens and large screen projector to go up in the next few weeks and will be introducing more interactive activities. I am sure you will notice and appreciate this new and exciting approach to activities.In preparation we have also introduced a new noticeboard for updates which you will also see populated regularly starting in the next couple of weeks.We have planned a family room in the new extension of the dining room, which we are currently awaiting a decision from the local council.And finally the gardens and patio are being renovated and landscaped this summer!Thank you for appreciating all the work we have done and you can rest assured we will continue to improve to make the best Home we can in the West Midlands!
