I have spoken with the Home Manager about your thoughts and she would be grateful to meet with you to discuss in more detail, in order to better understand where your concerns stem from.It's great that you rated our food and drink as 5*, thank you. As you will know each resident has individual dietary requirements and these are met in full by the team members. Food and drink are offered regularly and we have received no other concerns regarding this. In relation to the gardens, we are booked to have a commercial clean of pathways, walls etc, this week and you will no doubt have seen the new pots that our residents have planted up. We are always open to gardening suggestions, if you have any to share please pop them in the suggestion box in reception or share your thoughts with the Home Manager when you meet with her.
