Three days is a very short period to form a full picture of a care home, especially when the focus is on immediate needs, which can feel overwhelming.
Regarding visits, we offer open visiting without appointment; the booking system is only for our quiet room. We aim to be flexible to support varying needs.
The home has been fully redecorated, with ongoing improvements to ensure a warm, safe environment. We are sorry if this was not evident during the brief stay.
