The main issue, which we have discussed previously, was that you disagreed with the annual fee increase despite us outlining in detail the exact reasons for this. We would politely disagree that communications were ignored because our CEO personally offered a very reasonable resolution which you unfortunately declined. We are delighted to hear that your mother-in-law and yourself and the family are happy in the new setting and regret that we were unable to convince you to stay with us in order to truly experience our offering.
