Many thanks for your feedback it is very much appreciated.  We are happy that you find the food excellent, management approachable and the staff caring.  The smoking area has now been moved to a different area which is out of sight from both residents and visitors.  In response to staff wearing jackets unfortunately at times this is necessary as Loxley Park has two buildings Riverside and Lakeside.  This means staff have to travel between the two to be able to deliver services to our residents and at times a jacket is necessary.  But once again we do value your feedback and take your comments onboard.
