It has only been a success due to the whole family working closely with us to ensure your mums move went smoothly;  starting with that initial visit to us, my visit to mum in the hospital, all the family visiting, decision time, and then the actual move in. It all worked so well; your mum looked and still looks so stress free. It is rewarding to us seeing a family wrap round their relative, a precious gift, as much as all of you do.
