We recognise your concerns regarding the advancement of your father's symptoms and the level of care surrounding this. We are sorry to hear that this has been your experience in our home. Our team is comprehensively trained to provide high standards of dementia care and always work hard to support all residents to the best of their ability. However, as a residential home, there are times in which a resident's care needs may begin to change, resulting in them requiring more specialist care.
