This is supported by recent audits, continuous investment, and positive feedback from residents, families & staff.To clarify, there has been no change in ownership or operational leadership at The New Wycliffe since your last review. While we have welcomed a widely recognised manager, this has been warmly received by all & illustrates our commitment to delivering high quality and consistent care.
