It was our pleasure to care for your mum, she was a wonderful person, always a delight. It was changing bedrooms from the Haven to the top floor for her in the last few weeks was the right thing to do in her best interest allowing her to experience another part of the home and gave you all that wonderful view.  You and your family being by her side for her last week gave her the best possible outcome. Her memory lives on at Mere Hall - we miss her still and often talk about her. We all wish you well for the future.
