Unfortunately, as the concerns have not been raised with us directly, we are unable to respond specifically to them. I can confirm that we do have a dedicated wellbeing team that work in the home and cover a 7 day period meaning that wellbeing activities are available for all residents to access 7 days per week. There are several notice boards located around the home displaying the evidence of this. It is a shame that you did not feel able to raise any of the above concerns directly with the home for the duration of your mother's 14-month stay with us. All feedback will be used positively for service development.
