Please know that the HM and and DM  checked in on you on two separate occasions, to check the  as part of out ongoing commitment to your comfort and safety. The nursing team would have reviewed you care as part of our post falls process and this is all documented . However if it  felt insufficient  or not what you needed at this time we sincerely we will learn from your comments and share with the team.
