Thank you for your thoughtful feedback regarding Seacroft Grange. We are so pleased to hear that your mother enjoyed her stay with us and your kind words regarding our staff are greatly appreciated. We are sorry to hear that your mother struggled to dry her hair in the room due to there not being a mirror. We always aim to ensure resident's rooms are comfortable and fully equipped for all residents needs.  Please be assured that the Home Manager would have been happy to order a mirror for the room if this was raised to them, however we apologise for any inconvenience caused, nevertheless.
