Furthermore, our maintenance staff always complete routine checks of all equipment used by residents to confirm they are safe for residents to use, we are sorry to hear that you perceived a piece of equipment which was potentially unfit for use.
In addition, we pride ourselves in ensuring that all residents are satisfied with their meals at mealtimes and have a wide variety of meals to choose from. If any concerns regarding food are raised to staff, these are always rectified promptly. We apologise if you did not feel you could approach staff regarding this. We want to assure you that our team are always here to help residents and their visitors to ensure they are comfortable and satisfied in our home.
