Thank you for this really positive review of your experience with our Care Team and Care Home at Cross Park in Brixham. It's really nice to read that you've seen some recent improvements in the home - we have recently welcomed a new manager, along with some other changes in the team, and, I agree, there is a notable change in atmosphere in the home -  I'm confident that care provision has always been to a really high standard but we do now have a happier and more settled care team - working far better as a team together. It's also helped that we have brought the managers office back into the heart of the home - we had tried an external more professional office room but the downside was that it took the manager outside the home more than we would have liked.
