Thank you for your review and we will pass this feedback onto the team. To address a few points raised the home does not use ready meals. Feedback on the food has been extremely positive from residents and we complete regular taste testing's and menu reviews. In respect to face-to--face examinations having spoken with the home manager I believe you are referring to a GP visit on a virtual teams call unfortunately we have no control on how GP's choose to do specific meetings with relatives and you would need to raise this with the GP.
