I was sorry to hear that you did  not feel all staff were friendly and caring and I would have appreciated if you had expressed this to me at the time so I could address this with staff at the time. As always it was a pleasure to look after your husband and if he comes again for respite care please let me know immediately so any issues can be dealt with.
