Thank you for your kind words, it was our goal to ensure that your mum moved from the other MHA home with as little disturbance to her life as possible. We ensured the room was set the same and that the environment was moved to improve and stabilise the environment while improving the home. We are so pleased that you find the homely warm and friendly and that the management and staff build strong relationships with residents and family, its very important to us to support residents and family during their stay.  We are glad you found the gardens so lovely and our famous parties and open days the staff worked hard, and it is good that you recognised this.  Mum was a very special lady to us and will be greatly missed.
