Thank you for your feedback DD, as advised in one of your previous reviews, we are fully established, staff try hard to respond as quickly as they can when any resident call for assistance - all calls are monitored for time response, every call every day.  A daily report in generated any delay over 10 minutes is discussed daily in our 11 O'clock meetings,  we can plan our care better everyday to help meet everyone's needs in a timely manner.  Drink rounds are undertaken by our kitchen team, and at no point of any day has any drink round been missed. Standards can always be improved and we strive to do this by ensuring a continuous cycle of learning from incidents, compliments and complaints.
