Well, we can certainly say Mum's case was a 'different one' - First resident we have had at St Lauras of who came to us straight from another country! It was reassuring for me as the Manager to know that throughout the whole transition ... we had you to support us with helping Mum settle. The love, care and compassion you have for your Mum is priceless and having the team build relationships with you both has been very special indeed.  Knowing Mum feels 'safe' here at St Lauras is everything to us, we hope to continue to build on St Lauras being Mums 'home' and hope you both continue to know just how grateful we are that you ever trusted in us to make a house a home. Thank you for your ongoing support and kindness, she is a very unique lady - in all the best ways!
