Thankyou Joe, for your comments, my door is always open for a meeting to discuss, taking data protection and compliance into account it would be good to come with the POA or documented next of kin.  I held a meeting on the 9/6/25 however those who had concerns did not come, which was a shame as I feel if the meeting had been attended by more than 1 person (who was unaware why the meeting had been called) then we could have supported with any concerns.  I am sorry you have not felt our care was up to your standards and my door is always open to discuss under the above circumstances.  There is a manager on site Monday to Friday 9am-5pm please feel free to speak with your family and we can organise things.
