At HC-One we pride ourselves on providing the kindest care to our residents and apologise if you feel your mother did not receive the quality of care during her stay.  I can assure you that our infection control is robust and monthly audits of infection control are carried out with in the home.   All our senior care assistants are fully trained in medication administration, and we sincerely apologise if you felt that at times your mother’s medication was not supervised at the medicine round.  Our wellbeing team that helps to ensure our Residents have access to the activities on offer, even if this is a quiet chat in their room.  We would like to reassure you that we take all concerns seriously.  We value all feedback as this helps us to improve our service.
