I would be most grateful to understand the reason you feel staff have difficulty sourcing help at weekends and would welcome the opportunity to meet with you to do this.  As well as there always being a senior member of staff on duty, often being a member of the management team, there is an out of hours and weekend on call rota which all staff are aware of and able to call 24 hours a day.
