Thank you so much for your review. We have seen a vast improvement in your husband's condition since his admission. He will remain prone to infections, and of course, you will need to be updated at all times about his condition. He will have the odd day in bed as he has requested. I will ensure staff ask how you are during your visits so you get the support you require. I am saddened to read you do not feel you are given enough information, as we have had many chats together since your husband arrived at Walcot Hall. Please continue to pop into the manager's office as many times as you require; we are here to support the family as well as the residents. It's nice to know you are happy with many of the other areas of care. My door is always open, my team and I will be happy to support you anyway we can.
